Villa Buse

Villa Buse is a modern 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Kalkan holiday villa located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan which is only a 10 minute stroll into Town. 

The villa sleeps 10 and is stylishly furnished and enjoys great views of Kalkan Bay. 

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A fully equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 10 guests.  

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

This level houses three of the villa's 5 bedrooms - 2 double and the other a twin all are en-suite. 

Second floor:

A large double en-suite bedroom which opens out onto the roof terrace with seating area and sunbeds.

There is also a twin bedroom which shares the roof terrace.

Outside the villa:

A large terrace with infinity pool with jacuzzi area which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There's a massive rattan corner suite with plenty of comfortable seating to relax in.

The pool has a heating system.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.

The villa also has a games room with a pool table, air hockey table, Fußball table and a table tennis table.

There's also a small gym area with a cross trainer and a treadmill.

NOTE: There is a heating system activated in the winter period in the outdoor pool of our villa. It is not included in the price and is an additional charge of 300 TL per day.
