Villa Nergis is a 4 bed, 5 bath Kalkan rental villa located in the elevated Akbel area which means it has unrivalled views to Kalkan and the sea, it is in a tranquil location and easily accommodates up to 8 guests.

Villa Nergis has a private infinity swimming pool and, together with the spacious sun terrace, offers plenty of space for the villas guest to relax and enjoy the space and spectacular views.

Akbel sits on a hillside overlooking Kalkan so we would suggest that it not feasible to walk into town from this location but
the town centre with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 10 minutes taxi journey.

The villa’s spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with living space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 4 bedrooms at the property.

Villa Nergis is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Living area:

Villa Nergis boasts a very large living area with an open plan kitchen/ dining area. The large kitchen diner has sliding glass doors to the pool terrace which has a dining table for 8. The fitted kitchen is at the rear of this room and a large dining table and chairs are towards the front of this space so that you can enjoy sea views across the pool.

The open plan living space is comfortably furnished and has an HDTV.

There is a bathroom on this level.

Bedrooms:

There are 4 en-suite bedrooms arranged on the first and second floors of the property.

Outside:

Due to its location, Villa Nergis affords the property much more privacy than many other Kalkan holiday villas. The large pool terrace wraps around the side and rear of the villa and has been furnished with a dining table and chairs for 8 guests, parasols, sunbeds and a shaded seating set to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

There is a BBQ area.
