Villa Lidya is a delightful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the Kalamar area which is only a 15 minute walk into Town.

The villa sleeps 8, is stylishly furnished and has stunning views over Kalamar bay.

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A modern fully equipped kitchen with an island / breakfast bar then through an arch into open plan living / dining area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 6 guests.

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

The Master bedroom is a double en-suite with a four-poster bed.

Bedroom 2 is a double en-suite with access to a balcony with seating to enjoy the view.

Bedroom 3 is an en-suite twin also with access to a balcony with seating to enjoy the view.

Roof Terrace:

Bedroom 4 is a double en-suite with access to a large roof terrace with spectacular views over Kalamar Bay.

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with a large infinity pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There is a comfortable seating area and a hanging chair to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco shaded dining area are also provided.

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.
